All You Need to Know

THERE ARE MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH MY DEVICE, DO YOU OFFER REPAIR OPTIONS?

  • Revision will be needed.  Depending on what you are trying to accomplish for your device.

YOU TRIED TO REPAIR YOUR DEVICE YOUR SELF OR "DIY" BUT YOU ARE STUCK?

  • We can help you finish your initial work. Call and you will get a Quote.

DO WE REPAIR ANY OTHER TYPES OF PHONES OR DEVICES?

  • Yes! we can definitely take a good look of your device; from there we can tell you if it recommends for repair or not.

DO YOU ONLY USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?

  • V Repair center uses two versions. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Premium parts, and Third-Party After Market parts. The customer has the option to choose which fits their budget.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • Payments will be paid in Cash or Checks. A receipt will be given to you after payment.

  • We can take payments Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle, or PayPal.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept Cash App or Venmo

DO WE REPAIR IPODS OR OTHER APPLE PRODUCTS?

  • In addition to an extend yes. Some Apple devices can be repairable; there are others that are more likely recommended to purchase a brand-new item. Such as MAC desktop due to Apples Policies.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ON REPAIRING DEVICES?

  • iPhones take about a day or 3 hours. Other Androids phones may take about 1 day or 2 days. Depending on the damage. Computers will and can take 2 or 1 day. If hardware issue is detected, we will need to make an order for the specific part computer or device. We do not stock computers OEM parts. Therefore, shipping can delay the repairing process.

WARRANTY FOR YOUR REPAIRS?

  • All iPhone repairs have a 30-day warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair with defects or any other issue related to touch or hearing. We can replace it for you at no charge. Computers follow the same rule, for other issues you encounter in those 30 days, we will diagnose the problem at no charge.
